Welcome your guests and enhance the pre-dinner hours with a chef-prepared Charcuterie or “Sea”cuterie Board. Amply serves 15. We will coordinate delivery to coincide with guests’ arrivals.
Charcuterie – A selection of artisanal cheeses to include Brie & Apricot Jam, Smoked Cheddar & Gouda, Goat Cheese with Dried Cranberries & Fig Preserves, Italian-cured Meats - Prosciutto, Salami, Pepperoni, Olives, Fresh Berries, Flatbreads, Breadsticks, Baguette, Specialty Honeys and Salted & Toasted Georgia Pecans.

Dinner
All dinners include a pairing of two entrees, three chef-designed appetizers, salad, and vegetable accompaniments.
Each pairing serves a minimum of eight guests and requires the assistance of one server for eight to twelve guests. More than twelve guests will require an additional server.
We recommend the addition of a bartender if a program incorporates wine and alcohol selection, allowing the server to focus on meal service, clean-up and chef assistance. We offer a basic or comprehensive bar set-up to accompany selected alcoholic beverages.
Additionally, to maintain standards in kitchens of private homes, we provide the addition of a dishwasher/chef assistant.

For host homes where several guests are present in the mornings, we provide delivery, set up & clean up of freshly brewed coffee and hot tea service.
Fresh, Distinctively Rich Columbian Roast & Decaf Coffees, Assorted Teas, sweeteners, sugar, half & half, almond milk, to-go cups, lids, stirrers & napkins.

Chefs - Dinner pairings are prepared and customized by our professional chefs, providing personalized dining experience. Masters In the Kitchen chefs, each day, personally select and offer the freshest, highest-quality, seasonal ingredients, prepared and served onsite.
Our courteous service staff tend to your guests’ every need, ensure that diners enjoy the optimal experience and that every aspect of the experience is efficiently executed. They greet guests, set the table, serve & pass appetizers, plate & deliver all courses, remove plates, assist chef with the entire service.
Utilizing a bartender for your event is highly encouraged. Servers assist in pouring beverages. Their scope of services does not overlap with bartenders, in most cases.

BAR SET-UP - Basic
Masters In the Kitchen provides a bar set-up for up to 15 guests, daily, to include tonic water, diet tonic water, club soda, Bloody Mary mix, soft drinks, cranberry juice, orange juice, lemon, limes, cocktail napkins, corkscrew, bottle opener.
BAR SET-UP – Comprehensive
The BAR SET-UP options listed above will be provided and delivered in ADDITION to a comprehensive bar service selection for up to 15 guests, daily, allowing for each guests’ unique cocktail request. Included are martini glasses, Moscow Mule mugs, Simple Syrup, Ginger Beer, Olive Juice, Fresh Oranges, Cocktail Strainer/Shaker.

Masters In the Kitchen offers daily delivery of ice for up to 20 guests.

Masters In the Kitchen provides daily curbside trash removal services, helping to avoid overflow of homeowner’s trash bins in between scheduled pick-up services. Service begins on Monday of Masters’ week and goes through Monday after Masters, usually to coincide with meals we have provided for the prior evening.
The equivalent of two trash bags per day, placed curbside each evening, will be removed and disposed of each morning. Our staff will ensure trash is placed curbside each evening.

Bar, Linens, Dinner Plates, Beverage Glasses, Tables & Chairs, Utensils
For host homes with guests who will be dining for the week, daily linen rental (tablecloths and napkins) is required. It is strongly encouraged for consistency and number of guests, and to avoid possible damage, that dinner plates, salad, bread & dessert plates, silverware, water, wine & cocktail glasses, be rented, also. Homeowners usually don’t have enough glasses, especially, to cover the cocktail hour, and for the dinner table to also be set without replenishing or having to wash dishes throughout a plated and coursed meal.
We also provide a bar table and tablecloth to accommodate the cocktail hour and housing for beverages served by the bartender. We will customize and provide for the delivery of all necessary rentals.
Weekly prices include initial delivery, daily change-out of fresh linens, and final pick-up.
Due to reservations of rental items causing shortages by rental company, we recommend renting enough for a few extra guests. After the initial rental reservation is made, there will be no changes, according to rental vendor’s policy.
